A playful fusion of dried fruit sweetness, delicate rose floral, and warm brown spice. Organic Chiapas and Ethiopian Sidamo beans produce a medium roast that’s lively yet smooth, a great match for iced coffee or pour-over brewing.

Brew Guide:
1. Grind your coffee beans very coarse.
2. For every 1 ounce of ground coffee, add 5.5 ounces of room-temperature water.
3. Stir to make sure all the coffee is wet. 
4. Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 18–20 hours.
5. Strain it through a paper filter or use a French press to separate the coffee from the grounds.
6. Important: Do not heat or put it in the fridge while it’s brewing.
7. Once brewed, store your cold brew in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 1 week.
