How to Brew Cold Brew Coffee
Grind your coffee beans very coarse.
For every 1 ounce of ground coffee, add 5.5 ounces of room temperature water.
Stir to make sure all the coffee is wet.
Cover and let it sit at room temperature for 18–20 hours.
Strain it through a paper filter or use a French press to separate the coffee from the grounds.
Important: Do not heat or put it in the fridge while it’s brewing.
Once brewed, store your cold brew in the fridge. It will stay fresh for up to 1 week.
