How to Make Espresso (With an Espresso Machine)
You’ll need an espresso machine.
Put 18g of finely ground coffee into the portafilter basket.
Brew for 25 seconds using water around 200°F.
Your shot should weigh 34–36g when finished.
If your shot is too small (less than 34g), grind the coffee coarser next time.
